By using this website or requesting an estimate from Nest Renovations LLC, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Nest Renovations provides home renovation and remodeling services in San Antonio and the surrounding South Texas area. Estimates are provided free of charge and are not binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

2. Estimates and scheduling

Estimates are based on the scope discussed at the walkthrough. Changes to scope, unforeseen conditions, or material availability may change the price or schedule; we will inform you in writing before proceeding.

3. SMS terms

3.1 Nest Renovations SMS program

Program name: Nest Renovations SMS.

Program description: If you check the optional SMS consent box on our estimate form at nestrenovations.us/estimate, Nest Renovations will send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages relate to your estimate request, scheduling, and project updates. You are also opting into marketing text messages such as seasonal offers and follow-ups.

• Consent is optional: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate without agreeing to receive text messages.
• Message frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your project activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for the details of your plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent.

• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nest Renovations LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
